臺北市政府主計處辦理「113年5月人力資源調查暨其附帶『人力運用調查』」。 Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DBAS) of Taipei City Government conducts "Manpower Survey additions-Manpower Utilization Survey for May 2024".

2. 調查對象:本調查以普通住戶與共同事業戶,其戶內年滿15歲自由從事經濟活動之本國籍民間人口為對象,但不包括武裝勞動力及監管人口。

3. 調查目的:

     (1) 人力資源調查:旨在按月蒐集全國家戶內15歲以上人口之就業、失業及非勞動力(如高齡、求學、料理家務等)狀況,以掌握全國及各市縣人力供應變動情形,並作為政府規劃人力政策之參考。

     (2) 人力運用調查:係為配合臺灣地區社會經濟發展需要,蒐集勞動力運用、移轉及就業、失業狀況等短期變動資料,供為訂定人力政策、推動職業訓練、性別平權與改善企業經營等決策之參據。

4. 調查方式:本調查兼採「派員面訪」、「電話訪問」及「網路填報」等三種調查方法。


本調查係由行政院主計總處統籌規劃及抽樣,再委由各市縣政府按月依該總處提供之抽樣名冊辦理所轄區域之實地訪查作業,調查所獲之個別資料絕對保密,除供整體統計分析之用外,不作其他用途,請惠予配合訪查,據實回答。如有任何疑問請逕向本處經濟統計科洽詢,洽詢電話02-27208889/1999轉分機7651至7656。


1. Survey period: May 19 to May 28 in 2024.

  (Online fill-in: May 16 to May 18 in 2024)

2. Survey subjects: Citizens aged 15 and above who engage in economic activities, excluding those in the military services or in prison.

3.Survey objective: 

  (1) Manpower Survey: Collect the data of civilians aged 15 and above on the status of employment, unemployment and non-labor force (such as old age, schooling, housekeeping, etc.) to grasp the manpower supply changes and be a reference for government manpower policies.

  (2) Manpower Utilization Survey: Collect the data on short-term fluctuations in labor utilization and transfer, employment and unemployment status to meet the needs of social and economic development in the Taiwan region. These data serve as reference for formulating manpower policies, promoting vocational training, gender equality and improving enterprise operation decisions.

4. Survey method: Onsite visit, telephone interview and online fill-in.


The planning and sampling design of this survey is conducted by the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics of the Executive Yuan. The co-organizers are the municipal and county governments in charge of conducting the surveys in their respective administrative areas. Personal information gathered in this survey is strictly confidential and will not be used for purposes other than the overall statistical analysis.
